Mr. Saifullah Khan has more than twenty years of experience in management consultancy. His special area of interest is international trade advisory pertaining to and emanating from the World Trade Organization (WTO) laws. He has helped and advised clients, in different economies including Pakistan, China, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong etc. He has also advised the Government of Pakistan on policy framework about trade and E-Commerce. He is also heading a committee on Laws & Regulations constituted by the Federal Board of Revenue (Pakistan National Tax Administration) regarding implementation of National Single Window (regarding synchronization of Import/Export process and systems) in Pakistan. He also has the experience in advising clients about taxation matters and has represented clients before the taxation authorities. Additionally, he used to convey the voice/concerns of the industry regarding their taxation matters to policy makers both the legislature and the executive.

Mr. Khan has excellent analytical skills which complement his abilities while carrying out financial analysis, due diligence and management advisory assignments. He is the key person participating in international forum and events.

He also has experience in carrying out various consultancy assignments like preparation of Accounting/Auditing manuals for the department of Auditor General of Pakistan. He has performed review, evaluation, designing and documentation of policies, procedures, accounting and internal control systems of the clients.

Mr. Khan participated in a Executive Education Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard Law School in 2019, hosted by the Global Business School in Dubai. Mr. Khan also did an Executive Education program on ‘Mastering Trade Policy’ from Harvard Kennedy School, Boston, USA. Recently, Mr. Khan has been awarded with the prestigious “Top 100-Lex Falcon Awards” at the Lex Talk Global Hybrid Conference in April 2021.

Mr. Khan is Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan, Fellow Member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors USA. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) United Kingdom and holds a degree in law.

Mr. Saeed Hasan Khan has more than twenty years of experience in rendering three tier taxation services: Advisory-Execution-Litigation. His work experience includes both Value Added Tax (VAT) and Taxes on Income (Corporate Tax/Income Tax). He has been advising clients about the implication of various tax issues on their business, execution & compliance of tax obligations (filings etc) and representing the clients before various authorities including the appellate authorities. He has assisted the clients during their tax audits conducted by the tax authorities and represented the clients before the authorities conducting the tax audits.

He has also carried out system audits of various funded projects and their evaluation as per the grant documents. He has also studied accounting & procurement processes of various entities and have advised modifications therein and has developed finance and procurement manuals.

Mr. Saeed Hasan Khan is an affiliate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Fellow Member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. He is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) United Kingdom, and holds a degree in law and Public Administration.

Jeremy bears a seasoned C-Level Executive Manager exposure and portfolio having built four businesses from inception and holding extensive business experience. His professional experience is spread over 40 years. He is national and resident of the United Kingdom.

His core strengths include building operational structures and business processes, both for companies he has founded as well as for clients across business sectors. Jeremy is a solid team builder and player, with cross cultural understanding and proven international business acumen.

He has given advisory to clients pertaining to administrative outsource solutions predominantly in the financial services sector in South East Asia. He has advised governments and enterprises wishing to enhance their business into and from Asia. He has been associated, as Director, with a group to realise the potential of new macroeconomic models for a globalised digital world at scale by delivering technology & know how to power a Connected Network of Sustainable Trade Zones (STZ™️).

Jeremy is the Honorary Overseas Board Representative of the British Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, and also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
